NEW APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

We offer a full installation service for Freestanding & Integrated Appliances which includes:-

  • Disconnecting of old appliance, removal and disposal
  • Installation of new appliance
  • Testing of new appliance

If new appliance is found to be damaged an exchange or discount will be offered.
No exchange or refund will be offered once appliance is installed unless it is found to be faulty on testing
Any fault within the first 21 days we reserve the right to check and rectify if possible before offering an exchange or refund. After this time any faults will be dealt with by the manufacturer under their warranty
A charge will be made if a fault is due to customer accident, misuse or neglect
An extra charge will be incurred if any of the following are found:-
Electrical/plumbing supplies are unsuitable
Water connection(s) cannot be isolated or are unsuitable
Any waste/drainage connections are unsuitable
Existing plumbing requires alteration


DELIVERY ONLY OF NEW APPLIANCE
Items will be unwrapped and checked for damage, an exchange or discount will be offered if any damage found
No exchange or refund will be offered once unwrapped unless as above
If customer chooses not to have appliance unwrapped and checked no exchange or refund will be offered unless found to be faulty once installed as below
We reserve the right to check any reported fault within 21 days once customer has installed and rectify if possible before offering an exchange or refund
If fault is due to accident, misuse or neglect or incorrect installation we reserve the right to make a charge
Any fault after 21 days will be dealt with by the manufacturer under their warranty
We will take away the old appliance if it has been disconnected and is accessible before we arrive
Integrated appliances need to be disconnected and removed from their housing before we arrive
Refrigeration must be fully defrosted and empty and any water inside removed before we arrive


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILTY
Customers must check that an appliance will fit before delivery by checking all dimensions
Customers must check that there is sufficient access available before delivery
IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REGISTER THE APPLIANCE WITH THE RELEVANT MANUFACTURER (this is to aide with any warranty claims and manufacturer re-calls)


NOT COVERED
We do not cover food loss on refrigeration products that break down
We do not cover any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use a product(appliance)
